The benefits of a Home Inspection for Buyers/ Sellers / Homeowners are checking for safety and potential problems that may be occurring before it becomes a costly expense. I also do Home warranty Inspection.
I have been Certified by Ahit as a Professional Home Inspector and Licensed by the State of Illinois with the knowledge and expertise to perform a non-intrusive visual inspection of your property.
During the inspection I will be checking for safety and funtional operation for:
1. Grading of the property surrounding the home & landscaping clearences, etc.
2. Foundation: water penetration, cracks, drains, etc.
3. Structure: framing, walls, floors, stairs, rafters,attic & insulation, sheeting, etc.
4. Exterior: porches, steps, Gutters, siding, windows, doors, etc.
5. Garage & safety concerns.
6.Roofing materials, flashings, valleys, chimney,etc.
7. Plumbing: water supply & drains, vents, gas & water piping materials, fixtures, etc.
8. Electrical: service entry & main panel amperage, GFCI'S, branch wiring, fixtures, etc.
9. Heating & Cooling components, safety controls, fuel supply, etc.
10. Interiors: floors, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, cabinets, insulation, ventilation, etc.
11. Rooms: livening room, kitchen, bed & bathrooms, rec rooms, etc.
These are some of the services provided during a Home Inspection that you are welcome to tag along with the inspector to ask questions and further your knowledge on the property.
