i have two plots in the Hymns garden at sunset memorial gardens. actual value is $3,500 a piece. i am going to be honest with you. there is a state tax on burial plots bought by someone off of a owner. i will pay quick fee, but buyer must pay tax to state, these plots are in the best place. were bought in the early 70's. am asking 1,600 a piece. can buy both or just one. |
